Some Leeds United fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to speculation regarding Nicolas Tagliafico.

According to The Sun, Leeds are interested in signing Tagliafico from Ajax in the summer transfer window.

The report in the British tabloid has claimed that it could cost the Premier League club £17.5 million in transfer fees.

The Argentina international is a very good and experienced left-back who has played in European competitions.

Stuart Dallas and Ezgjan Alioski have played at left-backs under head coach Marcelo Bielsa, but both are wingers by trade.

Moreover, Alioski is actually out of contract at Leeds at the end of the season, and no new deal is in place.

Tagliafico is at the top of his game at the moment and has been at Ajax since 2018.

While Leeds are a big club, Ajax play in European competitions on a consistent basis, and it remains to be seen if the Argentine would be willing to make a move to Elland Road and work with his compatriot Bielsa.
