Tottenham Hotspur lost 20 games this past season, and Glenn Hoddle feels that Mauricio Pochettino needs to make big improvements.

Tottenham may have made it into the top four and progressed to the Champions League final, but Mauricio Pochettino’s side have actually been too easy to beat this campaign.
Spurs suffered a heavy amount of losses over the season, and their form in 2019 has been poor so far.
Tottenham’s 2-0 defeat to Liverpool in the Champions League final was their 20th of the campaign.
And Hoddle feels that big improvements need to be made at Tottenham this summer.
“That’s the 20th game they’ve lost this season. That’s not good,” Hoddle said. “You’ve got to improve your squad if you’ve lost 20 matches in a season.”

“There will be money for Mauricio. They got a really good deal on the stadium. Who is he going to buy? If they had won tonight he might have been able to shop a little bit higher.”
It has been well over a year since Pochettino has been able to make a signing at Spurs.
The Argentine boss is thought to be looking to reshape his squad this summer though, as Tottenham look to kick on.
Spurs have made great progress by getting to the Champions League final, but there is a determination around White Hart Lane to make sure the club do not stand still now.
