Glenn Hoddle does not seem to be convinced by Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Christian Eriksen.

Christian Eriksen is playing well at the moment, as Tottenham Hotspur continue to push London rivals Chelsea for the Premier League title.
Eriksen is one of the most creative players in Europe, and his performances in the second half of the season have been superb.
The attacking midfielder has scored seven goals and created 88 chances in 30 Premier League appearances for Spurs so far this season.
During the 2015-16 campaign, the 25-year-old has scored six goals and created 114 chances in 35 league matches.
The Denmark international is a key figure in Mauricio Pochettino’s side, but Tottenham legend Glenn Hoddle does not seem to be too convinced by him.
Hoddle believes that Eriksen does not always play well against the best teams in the Premier League.
“I am not sure that people like Eriksen do it against the top teams,” said Hoddle about Eriksen on the Live Premier League Tonight show on BT Sport 1 last Saturday evening (broadcast from 7:45pm, April 8, 2017).
“They need somebody who can really create and really do it like he does against Hull City or Stoke. I have seen him play fantastic in those games. Come the top six or seven, I don’t think he is the type of player that Tottenham can have.”
Tottenham are second in the Premier League table at the moment with 68 points from 31 matches, seven points behind leaders and London rivals Chelsea.
Spurs will return to action on Saturday afternoon when they take on Bournemouth at White Hart Lane in the league.
