Christian Eriksen is an important player for Tottenham Hotspur.

The Tottenham legend believes that Eriksen should either ask for a new contract from the North London outfit or negotiate a new deal at the end of the season when his current contract runs out.
Hoddle has said that it is time to draw a line over summer speculation now that the transfer window has closed.
According to Marca, the agent of Eriksen, Martin Schoots, wanted to speak to Spanish and European giants Real Madrid about a move to Los Blancos.
Nothing materialised, and Eriksen is still at Tottenham, and club legend Hoddle wants him to get his mind focally focused on the North London outfit.
Hoddle said about Eriksen on BT Sport 2 (5:30pm, September 18, 2019): “He now has to get his head on for Tottenham. He didn’t particularly play well for Tottenham in the back end of last season, and I don’t know whether someone was turning his head.
“It’s time now to draw a line and say, ‘I am Spurs player. I am going to stay. Offer me a new contract, or we will negotiate it at the end of the season’.” He has got to get his head back on.”
Important player for Tottenham Hotspur
Eriksen is one of the best and most creative players in Europe, and him staying at Tottenham enhances the North London club’s chances of winning the Premier League title this season as well as make an impact in the Champions League.
