Glenn Hoddle said on the Premier League Tonight show on BT Sport 1 last Saturday evening (8:27pm, September 22, 2018) that Tottenham Hotspur winger Lucas Moura’s potential is unknown.

The Tottenham legend said that Moura is a good signing for the North London outfit, stating that his potential is unknown due to lack of fitness and injuries.

Hoddle said about Moura on the Premier League Tonight show on BT Sport 1 last Saturday evening (8:27pm, September 22, 2018): “I think he is a good buy in the sense that we don’t actually know what his potential is.

“At PSG he never played enough, wasn’t fit enough. Last year, he had to come and get fit.”

Tottenham Hotspur progress

Moura joined Tottenham from PSG in the January transfer window for a fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £23 million.

The 26-year-old winger was able to play only 208 minutes in the Premier League for Tottenham last season, according to WhoScored.

The Brazil international winger has started the 2018-19 campaign strongly and has been one of the best players for Spurs.
