Ryan Kent has told Glasgow Rangers’ official website that opposition players have told him how difficult he has been to mark.

Kent has enjoyed a wonderful season at Rangers this term, after arriving from Liverpool on loan.

And the 22-year-old winger has revealed that the praise hasn’t just come from inside Ibrox, as opposition players have also complimented him.

“A couple of players from opposition teams have mentioned how well I have played this season and what type of player I have been to come up against, which is nice,” he said.

Kent’s form for Rangers has been rewarded, as he has been nominated for both PFA Player and Young Player of the Year.

Kent has scored six goals and claimed six assists for Rangers in the league so far this season.

Steven Gerrard’s side are already working on a deal to bring Kent back to Ibrox, but doing so could be difficult due to his high price tag.

Kent is likely to be in action again for Rangers at the weekend, when they take on Hibernian.
