Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers winger Daniel Candeias has received two unfortunate red cards this season.

Glasgow Rangers winger Daniel Candeias has told the Glasgow Evening Times that Steven Gerrard held a one-on-one chat with him recently.
Gerrard delivered a talk to Rangers’ whole squad on their match at the weekend against Hearts, which they had won 2-1.
After the meeting most of Rangers’ players were allowed to go off, but Gerrard wanted to speak with Candeias about his poor disciplinary record of late.
Candeias picked up his second red card of the season in Rangers’ Europa League game against Villarreal recently.
However, the wide-man has been unfortunate with both of his sendings off.
And Gerrard wanted to ensure that Candeias was not thinking too much about his unfair dismissals.
“It was just the decision of the referee and okay sometimes you don’t believe this decision but it is the decision of the referee,” Candeias said. “I just need to forget the red cards now.

“This is the football. The gaffer talked this morning with the team and spoke to me after the red cards.
“He told me to forget the red cards and focus in the game because this is a really hard month for the team.”
Rangers went to the top of the Scottish Premiership standings with their win over Hearts at the weekend.
Rangers are next in action later this evening, when they take on Aberdeen at Ibrox.
