Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers were beaten 2-0 by Celtic in their most recent match.

Caixinha and Brown squared up at half-time during Rangers’ match against Celtic, with the Portuguese boss clearly infuriated with the Bhoys man.
And Caixinha has now stated that it was Brown’s rough-hand tactics which wound him up so much.
He said: “Scott Brown was coming off and I told him, ‘You do that, but if I was on the pitch you wouldn’t’.

“I wouldn’t have allowed him to put his elbow in my face. If someone does nothing, I have to defend my club, my players and the truth of the game.”
Despite Caixinha’s passion, Rangers were unable to topple Celtic at Ibrox on Saturday.
Celtic continued their dominance of the fixtures between the two Glasgow rivals and picked up a 2-0 win.

The Bhoys took the lead when Tom Rogic found the back of the net in the second-half, and then Leigh Griffiths secured the result 15 minutes later.
Celtic have now built up an eight point advantage over Rangers, and even at this stage of the season, it will be a hugely tough ask for Caixinha’s men to close the gap.
