Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers have already made eight new additions this summer.

Glasgow Rangers boss Pedro Caixinha has told the Scotsman that he still wants to make another two additions this summer.

Rangers have been the most active side in Scotland so far during the transfer window.

The Light Blues have brought eight new players to Ibrox, with Caixinha making a huge amount of changes at the Glasgow club.

And Caixinha has insisted that Rangers have not yet finished making all their new signings.

Another two players are being targeted, and once they arrive it should spark a mass exodus from Ibrox – with the Portuguese boss determined to bring the numbers in his squad down.

“The plan says a couple more [players will come in], so let’s see,” Caixinha said.

“I want a small squad. I want a squad with three official goalkeepers and one or two more from the youth system. And a maximum of 21 or 22 outfield players. I want our squad, first of all, to be competitive here. In order to be even more competitive when we play against an opponent.”

Of the new arrivals that could still join up with Rangers, one is believed to be Norwich City midfielder Graham Dorrans.

Rangers and Norwich have been in negotiations for Dorrans for some time, but the Pink Un report that the Scottish side are still some way off competing a deal for the experienced midfielder.
