Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers have called Ross McCrorie up to train with the first-team over pre-season.
Glasgow Rangers boss Pedro Caixinha has confirmed at his press conference today that Ross McCrorie will be in his first-team squad next season.
McCrorie has been training with Rangers’ first-team over pre-season, and even featured in some of their behind closed doors friendly matches.

And Caixinha has seen enough from the young defender to keep him in the senior squad for the upcoming campaign.
McCrorie spent last season out on loan with Dumbarton, where he picked up some first-team experience.
And the 19-year-old appears to have progressed enough to be in competition for a place in Rangers’ first-team now.
Caixinha has already shown a willingness to utilise Rangers prospects, with both David Bates and Myles Beerman getting plenty of game time towards the back end of last term.
McCrorie will also be in competition with the likes of Bruno Alves and Danny Wilson for a place in Rangers’ starting line-up.
Rangers’ competitive season begins on Thursday evening, when they take on Progres in the Europa League.
