Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers have benefitted massively from bringing in Allan McGregor this summer.

Glasgow Rangers boss Steven Gerrard has said at his latest press conference that he finds Allan McGregor’s form ‘strange’.
McGregor has put in some sensational performances since arriving at Ibrox, and he is earning great praise.
The 36-year-old was brilliant once again last night, as Rangers managed to pick up a 0-0 draw against Villarreal in the Europa League.
And Gerrard said: “McGregor has been very professional on and off the pitch. He is back at his club and enjoying his football.
“He seems to be getting better and better each week which is strange really!”
McGregor had to be at his very best last night to ensure that Rangers got a point at Ibrox.
The Gers were controversially reduced to 10 men in the first half of the contest, and they were forced to hold on.
McGregor bailed Rangers out with a string of brilliant stops, which preserved their clean sheet.
Rangers’ destiny in the Europa League is now in their own hands, as they know a win in the final group stage match against Rapid Wien will see them progress to the knockout stages.
