Sunderland are reportedly interested in signing the Watford hitman.

According to a report from the Sunderland Echo, Sunderland are interested in signing Watford forward Jerome Sinclair on loan, and considering their current situation, the 21-year-old would be a sound addition to Jack Ross’s squad.
The Black Cats have endured a miserable time over the last couple of seasons, after suffering back-to-back relegations, and it has been very much a case of going back to the drawing board for the Wearside outfit.
One particular area where the 42-year-old Scot will be looking to improve is his attacking department, with a lack of goals proving to be costly for Sunderland last season.
And Sinclair could be just the man for the job in League One this term.
The 21-year-old joined Watford from Liverpool in the summer of 2016, for a fee believed to be worth in the region of £4 million, but he has struggled for game-time at Vicarage Road.
He will be desperate to prove himself this season, and the Stadium of Light might just be the ideal place for him to showcase his true talent.

Sinclair is immensely quick along the ground, and he would offer Sunderland a real threat in behind the opposition’s defence – something that they currently lack in the forward department.
The 21-year-old will be incredibly hungry, and desperate to prove his worth, and he could turn out to be a real coup for the Black Cats.
