Celtic should be in the market for new additions in January.

Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers looks set to stay with the club despite links to Aston Villa, and that means the club should begin to plan for potential January additions.
The Bhoys have seen Scott Sinclair struggle to recapture his top form, and with Daniel Arzani something of a ghost since his loan move from Manchester City, another wide man may be needed.
James Forrest has been superb on the right, but adding another option on the left – with Jonny Hayes out of favour – would boost Celtic’s attacking options, and Rodgers should consider a player he worked with at Liverpool.
Wide man Kristoffer Peterson was in the Liverpool ranks under Rodgers, and he was given a chance on the Reds’ pre-season tour to the United States in 2014 having impressed Rodgers, as noted in the Liverpool Echo.
Peterson ended up heading to Utrecht shortly after to pursue regular first-team football, but has really come into blistering form with another Dutch club in Heracles Almelo.
After notching seven goals and three assists in 33 Eredivisie games last season, Peterson has a remarkable record of eight goals in eight games this term, and has just earned his first call-up to Sweden’s senior squad.

With a left-winger needed at Celtic, Peterson certainly fits the bill for Rodgers, and his stunning form in the Netherlands should just tempt the Bhoys into looking his way.
Celtic should certainly monitor how he performs for Sweden alongside Celtic ace Mikael Lustig, especially as other clubs will certainly be looking at the 23-year-old after his sensational start to the season.
