Controversial defender Giuseppe Bellusci made his return to action for the club yesterday, featuring as a substitute in a pre-season win over Harrogate Town.
Bellusci spent last season on loan at Empoli, but after his side were relegated to Serie B, his hopes of a transfer fell through.

Winning over supporters who he has previously clashed with on social media could be tough, but the eccentric Italian tried his best to deliver a spectacular goal upon his comeback.
Perhaps Bellusci really is doing his best to get back into Leeds’ good books, or even score a memorable goal which would catch the attention of a team consider him for a transfer.
He at least deserves credit for getting the shot on target, but fans remain unconvinced about the centre-back.
