Tottenham Hotspur have been heavily linked with Giovani Lo Celso with Mauricio Pochettino’s side trying to buy the Argentine midfielder.
Giovani Lo Celso has commented on Erik Lamela’s latest Instagram post, following rumours linking him with a move to Tottenham Hotspur.
BBC Sport claim that Tottenham have made a £53 million bid for the Real Betis midfielder.
And Lo Celso has done little to quash the speculation by encouraging Lamela on social media website Instagram, ahead of Tottenham’s Champions League final.
Lo Celso effectively told the £30 million winger (Daily Mail) ‘nice one’, when the Argentine winger posted a picture of him travelling to Madrid for the Champions League final.
Although the comment is harmless on the face of it, Spurs fans have been very excited to see that Lo Celso is tracking the progress of his potential teammates.
If Lo Celso is to arrive at Spurs he would be their most expensive player of all time.
Tottenham are due to take on Liverpool on Saturday in the Champions League final in arguably the biggest game in their history.
Lamela looks most likely to start on the bench for Mauricio Pochettino’s side in the contest.
