Nottingham Forest midfielder Gil Dias has already shown flashes of quality at the City Ground.

Forest exploited the Portuguese market in the summer transfer window, with Dias, Diogo Goncalves and Joao Carvalho all arriving at the City Ground.
The trio have all shown glimpses of quality, although they are yet to hit the top of their game.
But Dias insists that they are all settling in England now.
“I think I can do better,” the playmaker said. “As the games pass, I will do better and better to get to my top performance. I want to do more dribbles, score more goals and I think this is what is missing, more goals.
“We haven’t had a bad start; we have had a couple of bad games but we haven’t been losing. That is important, when you don’t play well but you don’t lose the game. It is a good thing to have.
“I think Joao, Diogo and I are settling in now, we need time to settle in and we are starting to do that and getting to know the league.”

If Forest can get Carvalho, Goncalves and Dias all firing at the same time, then it could be a frightening prospect for the rest of the Championship.
The Reds have started to click into gear of late, and already look a major threat going forward.
Forest have moved up to fifth place in the Championship table, and are unbeaten for seven matches across all competitions.
Forest are next in action at the weekend, when they take on Norwich City.
