The Ivorian defender didn’t get to keep the clean sheet he wanted, but put in a strong display on Sunday afternoon.
Giacherrini breached the Liverpool backline once – and scored the goal which gave the Black Cats hope.
But for the rest of the afternoon, Liverpool didn’t give the midfielder a sniff, and as the comical GIF image shows – Toure had the last laugh.
