‘Getting ridiculous’: Some Arsenal fans react to news coming out of West Ham

Arsenal fans on Twitter aren’t a happy bunch after hearing about Tomas Soucek’s red card being overturned for West Ham today.

Red cards, VAR and Mike Dean have been a bit of a theme recently, as both Arsenal and West Ham have been on the end of controversial decision-making.

For the Hammers, they had their red for Soucek’s supposed elbow on Aleksandar Mitrovic rescinded on appeal, as confirmed by West Ham.

But Arsenal didn’t get their appeal overturned for David Luiz’s supposed foul on Willian Jose against Wolves, with Craig Pawson in the hot seat for this one.

After seeing Soucek’s red being overturned and Jan Bednarek’s for Southampton, the Arsenal faithful are annoyed that they didn’t win their appeal.

A selection of Arsenal supporters are still trying to find out what Luiz did wrong compared to the others.

Some feel that Luiz’s incident is a lot less punishable than the others, yet they managed to get their decisions overturned.

Either way, the decision-making hasn’t helped the mood of the Arsenal supporters.

On top of refereeing decisions being questioned, they are losing more games than winning, which makes matters worse.
