Hector Bellerin has been linked with a move away from Arsenal for virtually the whole summer.
Speculation has been rife that a switch to Inter Milan, as Achraf Hakimi’s replacement, has been on the cards.
But with a few weeks left in the transfer window, the Spain international remains an Arsenal player for now.
Granit Xhaka has found himself in a similar position in the sense that he was expected to have left the Gunners by now.
But in a shock turn of events, it has been reported that the Emirates Stadium side’s hierarchy are going to give the Switzerland international – heavily linked to Roma – a brand new contract.
And after seeing a photo of Bellerin at London Colney today, celebrating in front of a television monitor as part of a promotional video, some Arsenal fans are thinking the same about the Spaniard now.

In a word yes,
It has already been reported that Bellerin, along with Xhaka, could get offered a new contract by Arsenal’s hierarchy.
And if nobody wants him anymore, signing it makes absolute sense.
The former Barcelona youngster made an awful error in a pre-season friendly defeat by Chelsea last week, costing Arsenal the loss.
His popularity could be stronger, but football fans are fickle and no doubt that if he improves under Mikel Arteta this season, en route to becoming a big player for the club again, the supporters will fully back him.
