
Some Celtic fans have responded to Rangers defender Borna Barisic’s comments about John Kennedy.
Rangers left-back Barisic has slammed Celtic interim-manager Kennedy for saying that the Hoops are the best team in the country.
In the build-up to the Scottish Cup tie between Rangers and Celtic at Ibrox on Sunday, Bhoys interim-manager Kennedy said that his side are the best team in Scotland on their day, as quoted by BBC Sport.
Rangers have won the Scottish Premiership title already this season and also reached the Europa League Round of 16.
In fact, the Gers wrapped up the championship last month and are still unbeaten in the league.
Rangers star Barisic has hit back at Kennedy and has ridiculed his stance.
BBC Sport quotes the left-back as saying: “I think that is the biggest joke I heard this year. “They didn’t win against us in three games and we are 20 points in front of them, so it is disrespectful a little bit to us. That’s my comment on that.”
