Trevor Sinclair has encouraged Joe Hart to join Celtic this summer.
It looks like the Hoops are in the market for a couple of new goalkeepers after releasing Craig Gordon and reportedly failing to convince Fraser Forster to return after his brilliant loan spell back at Parkhead last season.
According to The Daily Record, Celtic are interested in the former Manchester City stopper, who is available on a free transfer.
Former City attacker Sinclair is well familiar with the 33-year-old, given his allegiances toward the Etihad club.
And he has told Hart on Twitter to get his ‘backside up North’ to join Celtic.
Is Hart to Celtic feasible? If his wage demands aren’t extortionate then maybe, just maybe, a stint in Glasgow could be on the cards.
And if we’re honest, what a coup it would be for Neil Lennon.
Okay Hart hasn’t looked in tip-top form over the past four or five years, and there’s a reason why Burnley have released him, but in terms of talent and experience he could still be a very, very good signing for the Bhoys.
