‘Get this guy back’: Some Arsenal fans react to £8m man’s Twitter message

Arsenal fans have bombarded Matteo Guendouzi’s Twitter message after he netted another great goal during Hertha Berlin’s 3-0 win against bottom-of-the-table Schalke on Saturday.

The 21-year-old is seemingly enjoying his loan spell over in Germany after being pushed out by Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta.

How far Arteta has pushed him out remains to be seen, but the Arsenal faithful would like to see him back in their colours pretty soon.

If Guendouzi’s loan spell could be cut short then there is a chance of him returning to the Emirates this month, but that’s unlikely as all eyes will be on the summer.

Regardless of Arsenal’s situation, it will be interesting to see if Arteta provides that combative, ball-carrying midfielder another chance because the fans would like that to happen.

Given that those in the Arsenal boardroom only paid £8 million for his services [Sky Sports], they aren’t going to miss out on much in regards to financial losing out if they opt to move him on.

But those Arsenal supporters are liking what the midfielder is doing over in Germany and they would love for him to re-join them.

Arsenal themselves are getting back up after a number of blows and they have won three games on the bounce, including a 4-0 win against West Brom on Saturday.
