Tottenham defender hit out at his club earlier this week.

Tottenham Hotspur defender Toby Alderweireld is toasting helping Belgium finish in third place at the World Cup.
Alderweireld commented after the tournament, to comment that he feels he has proved a point.
The centre-back used the moment to say his omission from the Tottenham first team in the second half of last season was wrong, showing he is still frustrated by bring left out.
He told Belgian newspaper Nieuwsblad: “I was very focused on this tournament. I wanted to prove something again.
“[To] show that the period before the tournament in which I did not play – for whatever reason – that it was unjustified. I wanted to show that I am still the same Toby as in November.”

In the eyes of some fans, manager Mauricio Pochettino was right to leave him on the bench, with Tottenham performing well without him.
The backdrop of the situation is focused around Alderweireld’s refusal so far to sign a new contract.
The 29-year-old is a transfer target for Manchester United, with The Daily Mirror reporting Tottenham are demanding £75 million.
Alderweireld wants Tottenham to commit to playing him, but he is yet to commit to them.
