Liverpool and Manchester United have been tipped to get bullied by Manchester City in the race to sign Jude Bellingham.
It was reported in September [The Telegraph] that Jurgen Klopp’s side were favourites to sign the generational Borussia Dortmund midfielder.
But with Liverpool struggling this season and Manchester United and Manchester City also both linked, a transfer to Anfield is far from a forgone conclusion.
However, Gabby Agbonlahor feels that Pep Guardiola has the clout and resources to bully both domestic rivals to sign the £85 million-rated England international.
Asked on talkSPORT [03/11, 9:20 am] about which Premier League club needs Bellingham the most, the former Aston Villa hitman said: “Manchester United – Casemiro, Fernandes and Eriksen look good. Bellingham would help but I think Liverpool need him the most, but Manchester City wouldn’t surprise me if they said ‘get out of the way guys!’.”

Bellingham is going to join whatever club he feels has the best chances of domestic and European silverware.
And you have to say, that doesn’t look good for Liverpool.
Klopp’s side are through to the knockout phase of the Champions League but they’re already 15 points behind top-of-the-table Arsenal.
They won’t be clawing back that deficit this season and longer term it remains to be seen if the German manager can rebuild another great team on Merseyside.
Bellingham would be a massive part of that but, if Manchester City are in for him, would he still want a move to Anfield? That’s the question.
