West Ham United fans have reacted on Twitter to rumours that they are keen on bringing Sam Johnstone to the club.

ESPN have claimed that the Hammers are favourites to sign the recently called up England international this summer.

It is said that Johnstone favours a move to the London Stadium, over the likes of Tottenham and Manchester United, because David Moyes can offer him regular football.

It’s only a matter of time before Johnstone heads back down to the Championship with West Brom.

But given that Johnstone’s performances this season has helped him earn an England call, whilst most of his teammates struggled, it will be a surprise if he stays on the books of the Midlands outfit beyond the summer.
