Some Arsenal fans on social media have been reacting after it was reported by CalcioMercato that Tammy Abraham wants a move to the Emirates.
It’s no secret that Arsenal are in for Abraham this summer, but unfortunately for the Gunners, there are other clubs in the race.
Indeed, Atalanta and Roma have both been credited with an interest, but according to CalcioMercato, Abraham’s preference right now would be to stay in London and join the Gunners.
As you can imagine, the Arsenal fanbase had plenty to say about this report, and it seems as though supporters are over the moon with this rumour.
Arsenal need a new long-term number nine, and at the age of 23, Abraham could be the man to lead their line for years to come.
The striker is a proven goalscorer at this level, and it seems as though he could be turning out for the Gunners in the near future.
