It remains to be seen where the Everton winger will be playing next season.

The agent of Everton player Gerard Deulofeu has been speaking exclusively to Italian website Tutto Mercato Web about the speculation surrounding his client’s future.
The 23-year-old completed a permanent move to Goodison Park in 2015 but he was sent out on loan for the second half of last season, scoring four goals and providing three assists in 18 outings.
“The decision is not up to me,” Gines Carvalhal told TMW. “The involved parties are Everton and Barcelona. Those two clubs will decide the boy’s future.”
He did however suggest that a return to Milan was unlikely given the situation surrounding the player, with Barca having a buyback clause that they could activate this summer.
Deulofeu has featured 75 times for Everton, first on loan and then permanently, and his eight goals and 19 assists speak of better things to come if Toffees manager Ronald Koeman can find a place for the Spaniard in his starting line-up.

He was clearly deemed surplus to requirements under the Dutchman last season, but that does not mean he will not be brought back in from the cold, provided of course Barcelona do not bring him back to the Nou Camp and hope he fulfils the potential he has shown from a young age.
27 goals in 68 appearances for Barcelona B tells its own story, but Everton could have a real gem on their hands if they can get him firing regularly alongside some very exciting summer additions.
