The Middlesbrough midfielder appears to be enjoying his current loan spell in League One
On loan Middlesbrough midfielder Harry Chapman has told The Star that he wishes to stay at Sheffield United for a “long time”.
Chapman, who has enjoyed a successful loan spell so far, at the League One club has revealed that he is implied he is enjoying his short term period away from Premier League outfit Middlesbrough and has played a crucial role in the Blades’ 11 match unbeaten run.
Yet, the 19-year-old will miss this Sunday’s game away to Chesterfield after being selected for international duty with England’s under-20 side, for their trip to South Korea.

Whilst Chapman will no doubt hope to make an impact when he returns to parent club Middlesbrough, the midfielder appears to be in no rush to leave the Blades.
Chapman is quoted by The Star speaking about his recent birthday, which came just 24 hours after he netted a hat-trick against Leyton Orient in the FA Cup, the first of his professional career. He said: “I’m getting old now and so I’ve got to start pushing on. I went home to see my family before our last game but I didn’t really get up to much.

“I just went to a spa with the missus so I’ll celebrate when I get back. Hopefully I’ve cemented my place in United’s team and can stay on for a long time.”
Chapman has scored four goals for Sheffield United so far this season in eight appearances in all competitions, making one assist in the process.
