Wolverhampton Wanderers reportedly want Stoke City’s Gary Rowett.

The Chronicle reported in June that Newcastle could reignite their January interest in Ndiaye in the summer transfer window (click here to read more), while Fanatik has credited Wolves with interest in the 27-year-old midfielder (click here to read more).
The Senegal international midfielder joined Stoke from Galatasaray in the January transfer window for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £14 million.
Stoke manager Rowett has stated that the Potters are not under any pressure to sell Ndiaye.
Rowett told The Stoke Sentinel: “I would probably say that up until a week ago that (Ndiaye’s likely exit) was my assumption and I’ve still got to be realistic enough to know that there’s some good teams around that will see Badou as a great addition for them.
“But at the same time, he’s under contract with us and we are under no financial pressure to sell him, or any player, and I’d put Jack Butland into that category.
“Really, my job is to convince those players that they want to stay for a season where we feel we can have a very strong and enjoyable season.”

Stoke City stay
Ndiaye did well for Stoke during the second half of last season, and it would make sense for the Potters to keep hold of the Senegal international for their Championship campaign next season.
If the Potters are under no financial pressure to sell the midfielder, then they should try to resist all offers for the 27-year-old.
