Gary Neville is a huge fan of the Tottenham Hotspur manager.

Gary Neville has told Sky Sports that Tottenham Hotspur could have a “big problem” on their hands if and when bigger clubs come sniffing around manager Mauricio Pochettino.
Tottenham look set to finish in the top four for a third successive season after Monday’s win over Watford opened up a five-point gap from fifth-placed Chelsea, with three Premier League games to go.
Six clubs have spent more than Spurs since Pochettino arrived in June 2014 but the Argentine’s net spend is only £50 million in that time – £116 million less than Arsenal and £446 million less than champions Manchester City.
The 46-year-old, who joined from Southampton four years ago, is achieving beyond his means in North London, but Tottenham’s move to their new stadium next season is expected to see chairman Daniel Levy tighten the purse strings, and Neville feels that it could be disastrous if a manager who utilises Spurs’ budget as effectively as Pochettino is tempted away.

He told Sky Sports: “When Jose Mourinho’s time at Manchester United has finished, whether that is one year, two year or three years, and I hope he wins multiple league titles because I think he is a fantastic manager, this is the guy that I would want to manage the club I support.
“That’s because I think he is the guy who deserves it. I think it is the same for Paris Saint-Germain and I think it’s the same for Real Madrid. And I think that Daniel Levy knows that.
“That is coming in the next 12 months for Tottenham and it is a big problem if he leaves because he is extracting the maximum from limited resources.”
