Gary Neville told Saturday Night Football on Sky Sports that Jurgen Klopp should think about starting Diogo Jota, alongside Liverpool’s front three against Real Madrid on Tuesday.
Liverpool will travel to Spain for a mouthwatering showdown against the La Liga giants in the Champions League.
Over the weekend, Jota came off the bench to score a brace against Arsenal and help Liverpool secure a much-needed three points.
And Neville feels, Jota, Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino and Mo Salah would be a ‘real handful’ and it would even ‘suit’ someone like Thiago if they all started together.
“They did it earlier on in the season before Jota got injured,” said Neville. “I just look at Liverpool midfield, their front three and Jota would be a real handful. I am not sure Jurgen Klopp will do it. But he has done it this season.
After Jota came on and scored, he then added: “We spoke before the game whether they would go with all four at some point in this game or maybe in the week against Real Madrid.
“It will be interesting to see now with what’s happened whether Jurgen Klopp thinks about it.
“I think about this front four on the pitch. You think about Thiago, it may even suit him playing alongside Fabinho in a two.”

Jurgen Klopp isn’t shy in playing Jota, Mane, Firmino and Salah because he did just that against Manchester City earlier on in the campaign.
He’s done it in a big game before and he wouldn’t be fearful of doing it in a much bigger game on Tuesday.
Liverpool fans would probably prefer all four on the pitch, or at the very least, Jota because he has been utterly sensational in front of goal during this campaign.
