Gary Neville has said on Sky Sports that incoming Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag should sign Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane in the summer transfer window.
The former Manchester United defender believes that the Red Devils should sign Kane from Premier League rivals Tottenham if they can get him.
The Sky Sports pundit has added that he does not think that Manchester United will be able to get the striker from Spurs this summer.
Gary Neville on Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur’s Harry Kane
Neville said on Sky Sports when asked if Ten Hag should sign Kane: “100% if you could get him. He is gold, Kane, I have worked with him four years, he is absolute gold. He is never ever going to let you down.”
The Sky Sports pundit added: “They won’t get him, they absolutely won’t get him.”

Unlikely transfer
As Gary Neville notes, Manchester United are not going to get Kane from Tottenham.
We do not think that Kane will leave Tottenham for the Red Devils this summer, especially after Arsenal’s defeat to Newcastle in the Premier League on Monday night
Tottenham are now on the verge of qualifying for the Champions League next season.
Antonio Conte is the Tottenham head coach at the moment, and Kane will surely want to continue to work under the Italian, who is a world-class manager.
Yes, Manchester United are a big club and are a global brand, but Kane has been at Tottenham his entire professional club football career and seems happy at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium now.
