Gary Neville believes that Arsenal will comfortably beat Liverpool on Saturday if the Reds repeat their performance against Manchester United.
Liverpool hosted bitter rivals Manchester United on Sunday afternoon and it was hard to look past a home win.
The Reds had smashed United 7-0 at Anfield last season and Erik ten Hag’s men came into the game in poor form.
Liverpool looked almost nailed on to win the game but United stood firm and battled their way to a 0-0 draw.
This wasn’t vintage United but they dug in and earned themselves a point in testing circumstances, leaving Liverpool to ponder what could have been.

Liverpool had more than 30 shots on the Manchester United goal but just couldn’t find a breakthrough.
There were simply far too many instances where Liverpool rushed their shots or made the wrong decisions in the final third.
Liverpool will wonder just how they didn’t do more with their 34 shots and will feel that they left United off the hook.
The Reds have another home game coming up before Christmas though – and it’s a big one.
Liverpool will welcome Arsenal to Anfield and will be desperate to get back to winning ways having failed to beat United.
Arsenal and Liverpool are the two sides looking to really capitalise on shaky Manchester City form but Gary Neville isn’t convinced.
Neville told Sky Sports (17/12, 73min) that Liverpool would be easily beaten by Arsenal if they replicated their display from the United draw.
Neville clearly felt that Liverpool just weren’t at it and whilst they got away with a draw against a struggling United side, he doesn’t see them being quite as fortunate against Arsenal.
“Every game is different but if Liverpool were to play like this next week against Arsenal, they would be down two or three by now,” he added.
The Gunners can lay down a real marker with a win in this game.
Arsenal went 2-0 up at Anfield last season but ended up drawing 2-2 after a difficult second-half display.
This is a real chance for Arsenal to right those wrongs and prove that they can go away to their title challengers and claim all three points.
Liverpool still have quality in their side but Arsenal will certainly fancy their chances if they watched Sunday’s disappointing performance.
