Tottenham’s Danny Rose looks dejected
With 2.8 tackles and 1.2 interceptions per game, according to whoscored, he has been defensively solid for Mauricio Pochettino’s side. But he has really made a mark this season is his decision making in the final third, and quality deliveries from the flank.
A major reason behind Tottenham’s success this season has been the contribution of full-backs in attacking areas. Rose has scored two goals this season, and has provided two assists as well.
His brilliant performance this season has caught the attention of heavyweight Premier League clubs, with Manchester City being reportedly (Manchester Evening News) interested in him. Tottenham will hope that Rose will return stronger next season after his knee injury and perform at an optimum level.
