Manchester United legend Gary Neville has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to Tottenham Hotspur’s win against Manchester City on Sunday afternoon.

Tottenham continued their good run of form with a 2-0 victory over City at home in the Premier League.

Aleksandar Kolarov scored an own goal in the ninth minute to put Spurs in the lead at White Hart Lane.

The North London outfit doubled their home advantage in the 37th minute when Dele Alli found the target from close range.

Former United defender Neville has taken to Twitter to express his admiration of Tottenham’s display against Pep Guardiola’s side, while ex-City forward Rodney Marsh has admitted on the social networking site that Spurs were the better team.

Shaun Goater was also following the match, and the former City striker was impressed with the performance of Son Heung-min.

Son, who can play as a winger or as a forward, started the match and played for 89 minutes.

The 24-year-old South Korea international took four shots and created two chances against City.
