Gary Neville has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool losing to Bournemouth today, reminding everyone of what he said about them after they won against Erik ten Hag’s Manchester United last weekend.

Liverpool hammered bitter rivals Manchester United 7-0 at Anfield in the Premier League last weekend.

The Red Devils simply collapsed in the second half of the game.

Liverpool were expected to win against Bournemouth in the Premier League this afternoon.

Yes, the Cherries were at home, but they have been one of the worst teams in the English top flight so far this season.

Bournemouth are in real trouble and could end up getting relegated to the Championship at the end of the season.

However, it was Bournemouth who won today.

The Cherries picked up all three points from the encounter against Liverpool courtesy of a 1-0 win.

Philip Billing scored from eight yards out for his sixth Premier League goal of the season after some brilliant work by Dango Ouattara.

That goal came in the 28th minute.

Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah failed to convert a penalty.

The Reds did not create too many chances and were far from their best.

Following the win against Manchester United last weekend, Sky Sports pundit Neville said that Liverpool did not play particularly well.

The former United defender was criticised by some, and he has now hit out at that criticism, as you can see below.
