Tottenham Hotspur have been heavily linked with the Leicester City midfielder, with Mauricio Pochettino said to be keen.

Tottenham have been heavily linked with Tielemans, who has impressed at Leicester City, in the past, as reported by The Telegraph.
Leicester have already confirmed that they want to keep Tielemans.
However, Neville feels that top six sides could come in for the £40 million midfielder (Daily Mail), and Tottenham certainly fit the bill of the clubs that the Sky Sports pundit was describing.
“The issue Leicester will have with Tielemans is that there are midfields in the top six that need strengthening,” Neville said.
“He’s 21, available for £40 million, and has proven himself in the Premier League. Leicester may struggle to keep him because of the fact that other clubs may want him.”

Tottenham have not made a signing for well over a year now, but are expected to invest in the summer.
Central midfield looks likely to be an area of priority to strengthen for Tottenham, as they are short of options there now.
With Mousa Dembele sold in January, Spurs have been left having to play Danny Rose in midfield, such is the paucity of options Pochettino currently has.
Tottenham are likely to be able to offer Tielemans Champions League football if they do move for him, which would give them an advantage over Leicester.
