Tottenham Hotspur right-back Kieran Trippier has come in for fierce criticism at White Hart Lane this season.

Trippier has endured a difficult season at Spurs, where his standards have dipped by his own admission.
The Tottenham man appears to have lost his place in the England side to Trent Alexander-Arnold in recent times, to compound his misery about the past campaign.
But Neville still has defended the Tottenham man, labelling him ‘fantastic’.
Neville said: “I think Kyle Walker is a fantastic right-back, and I think Kieran Trippier is a fantastic right-back, but I think that boy [Trent Alexander-Arnold] is exceptional. You have to invest in him.”
Spurs fans may well disagree with the term that Neville used to praise Trippier, as he has lost a lot of support around White Hart Lane.

Trippier has been heavily criticised by Tottenham supporters this term, with many feeling that Mauricio Pochettino needs to upgrade his right-back options this summer.
Tottenham already appear to have right-backs on their summer wishlist, with Pochettino’s men linked to a number of different defenders already this summer.
