Mauricio Pochettino’s Tottenham Hotspur will face Liverpool at Anfield today.

Tottenham are as low as 10th in the Premier League table at the moment with 12 points from nine matches.
The North London outfit’s recent results and performances in the league have not been great, and on Sunday evening, they will face a tough trip to Liverpool at Anfield in the Premier League.
Manchester United legend Neville, who now works as a pundit for Sky Sports, believes that Spurs will end up in the Champions League places, but he expects Mauricio Pochettino’s side to struggle against Jurgen Klopp’s side today.
Football.London quotes Neville as saying: “I think Sunday is a big game in the sense of Liverpool, they certainly didn’t fall off the bike last weekend at Old Trafford but they displayed a little bit of anxiety, they weren’t at their best and I think if they weren’t to win this weekend you could say was it a blip or is there something beginning to creep in.
“I think for Tottenham if they ever wanted to announce themselves as being out of the rocky period then Anfield is the toughest place to play football. It’s a really big game for both teams, I think Tottenham will struggle to deal with the intensity Liverpool play at but it was a strange performance.”
Neville added: “I think Tottenham will finish in the top four because they proved it over a few years now and they’ve come back. It would be wrong to write them off at this early stage.”

Winning against Liverpool
True, Liverpool have a very good squad and will have home advantage this evening, but Tottenham can and do step up their game in the big games.
The massive win in the Champions League in midweek will have boosted the players’ confidence, and one should not be surprised if Spurs are able to pick up all three points at Anfield this evening.
