Gary Lineker has praised Arsenal on Twitter after Mikel Arteta’s side got the better of Leeds United at Elland Road.

Arsenal have made it three successive wins in the Premier League with a comfortable 4-1 victory over Leeds away from home on Saturday evening.

It followed wins against Southampton and West Ham united.

Former Tottenham Hotspur striker Gary Lineker was following the match.

And the Match of the Day (MOTD) presenter summed up Arsenal’s display on Twitter in one word – “excellent”.

Premier League top four challenge

In our opinion, Arsenal are now certainly in the race for the Premier League top four.

The Gunners were brilliant against Leeds, especially in the first half.

True, Leeds did step up their game in the final 15 minutes, but we were never really in danger of seeing a win for Bielsa’s team.

With no European football this season, Arsenal can now fully focus on the Premier League.

That is certainly helping Arsenal.

Now, of course, Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United all are eyeing that fourth and final Champions League spot in the Premier League.

So, it is not going to be easy for Arsenal.

But, in our view, Arsenal fans should be optimistic.
