West Ham United ended the season in 10th place in the Premier League table.
Gary Lineker has told Match of the Day that Manuel Pellegrini has done a ‘really good’ job at West Ham United so far.
The Hammers made a slow start to the campaign but ended up finishing in 10th position.
West Ham capped off their season with a 4-1 victory over Watford at Vicarage Road.
And Lineker is impressed by the job that Pellegrini has done at West Ham.
He said: “Considering the start they had, it’s been a really good season for Pellegrini.”
West Ham’s performance against Watford was highly impressive, and gives them something to build on over the summer.
Pellegrini’s men were the dominant force throughout the game, as they carved Watford apart again and again.
West Ham have actually finished the campaign very strongly, winning their last three matches.
The Hammers are now expected to invest again over the summer, with excitement building around the London Stadium over what might be possible next term.
