
Gary Lineker has taken to Twitter to send a message to Aston Villa following their win against Everton this evening.
Villa have got the better of Everton 3-0 at Villa Park in the Premier League.
After a goalless first half, Matty Cash put the Villans in the lead midway through the second half.
An own goal from Lucas Digne three minutes later saw Villa go 2-0 up.
Then in the 75th minute, Leon Bailey made it 3-0 to Dean Smith’s side.
Former Everton striker Lineker was following the match, and the BBC Match of the Day presenter believes that Villa played well and deservedly picked up all three points from the encounter.
