Gary Lineker has praised Arsenal youngster Bukayo Saka on Twitter and was impressed by his performance against West Bromwich Albion.

The former Tottenham Hotspur and England international striker believes that Saka, who has come through the Arsenal academy system, is a very exciting talent.

Lineker has also been impressed by the versatility shown by the 19-year-old, who can operate as a left-back or as a left-winger and was a threat down the right against West Brom.

The Englishman has praised Arsenal left-back Kieran Tierney as well for his wonderful goal in the 23rd minute against West Brom.

Arsenal got the better of West Brom 4-0 away from home at The Hawthorns in the Premier League on Saturday evening.

Big talent

Saka has established himself as a big player for Arsenal and is a regular in manager Mikel Arteta’s team, making 14 starts in the Premier League this season, according to WhoScored.

The England international, who scored against West Brom, is very good going forward and is adept defensively.

The 19-year-old is far from the finished article, but the teenager is progressing well, and there is a lot more to come from him.

Arsenal do have a gem in Saka, who has the potential to become one of the best players in the Premier League.
