After Thomas Tuchel arrived at Chelsea, things have been pretty bleak for Tammy Abraham, who has been the subject of some harsh treatment.
The £57,692-a-week striker was axed from Chelsea’s squad for the FA Cup semi-final win over Manchester City, with Tuchel preferring Timo Werner.
Now, The Telegraph are claiming that Abraham is up for sale, and the Blues will take £40 million for their out-of-favour academy graduate.
According to TEAMtalk, West Ham and Aston Villa are among those interested in the 23-year-old.
That comes as no surprise.
Abraham is actually Chelsea’s top scorer this season with 12 goals in 31 appearances, despite a lack of action since Tuchel arrived.

As well as West Ham and Aston Villa, Gary Lineker also seems to be a fan of the 6-cap England international.
The BBC Match of the Day host called Abraham a ‘proper poacher’ after he scored a vital goal against LOSC Lille in the Champions League.
In our view, David Moyes and Dean Smith should do all they can to sign the London-born striker.
At 23, Abraham has the potential to be one of England’s best.

He already has 125 career goals in 265 games, which is a brilliant record.
£40 million might seem steep, but if he leads the line for either West Ham or Aston Villa across the next decade, it’ll be a shrewd long-term investment.
