Reported Tottenham Hotspur target Youri Tielemans has signed for Leicester City.

Gary Lineker has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to Leicester City signing reported Tottenham Hotspur target Youri Tielemans from AS Monaco on a permanent contract.
Tielemans spent the second half of last season on loan at Leicester from Monaco and did well for the Foxes.
According to WhoScored, the 22-year-old made 13 appearances in the Premier League for the Foxes during the second half of last season, scoring three goals and providing four assists in the process.
Leicester have secured the services of the Belgium international midfielder on a permanent contract for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £40 million.
According to Sky Sports, Manchester United and Tottenham were looking at Tielemans, but the Red Devils and the North London outfit have missed out on the midfielder and will be disappointed.
Tielemans is a very good and promising young midfielder, and the Belgian will be an important player for Leicester next season.
Brendan Rodgers’s side could be aiming to challenge for a place in the top six of the Premier League next season.
