Tottenham Hotspur got back to winning ways in the Champions League tonight.

Tottenham Hotspur bounced back from their recent woes in style tonight.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side battered Crvena Zvezda 5-0 in North London to get their season and Champions League campaign back on track.
Tottenham lost 7-2 to Bayern Munich in this competition three weeks ago, giving them a goal difference of minus five after drawing their opening Group B game away to Olympiacos.
But the Lilywhites reversed that damage with a ruthless showing tonight and here’s how Gary Lineker reacted to the victory.
Goals from Harry Kane and a double from Son Heung-min gave the hosts a commanding 3-0 lead at the break, before Erik Lamela, who set up Tottenham’s first two goals, added a fourth on 57 minutes. Kane, who was brilliant throughout, completed his brace in the final quarter.
This was only Spurs’ second win in all competitions since mid-September, following poor results against Olympiacos, Leicester City, Brighton and most recently Watford, drawing 1-1 at home on Saturday.
It’s been a season of false dawns for Tottenham so far, however, and no fan will be confident that this represents a turned corner just yet.
The real test lies at Anfield on Sunday when Pochettino’s side visit Liverpool, who sit 13 points ahead of them in the Premier League table.
