
Gary Lineker has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to Tottenham Hotspur’s draw with Crystal Palace this afternoon.
Tottenham have played out a 1-1 draw with Palace away from home at Selhurst Park in London in the Premier League.
Harry Kane put Spurs in the lead midway through the first half when his effort from 30 yards could not be kept out by Vicente Guaita between the Palace posts.
Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris made a mistake in the 81st minute to allow Jeffrey Schlupp to score the equaliser.
Although Guaita made the error for the Tottenham goal, he made some wonderful saves to deny Tanguy Ndombele, Sergio Reguilon, Kane and Eric Dier.
Former Tottenham striker Lineker was following the match, and he has given his take on the goal that Palace conceded and on the final result.
The Englishman has also praised Guaita for his performance in the London derby at Selhurst Park.
The result means that Tottenham are at the top of the Premier League table at the moment with 25 points from 12 matches, while Palace currency find themselves 11th in the standings with 17 points from 12 games.
