Liverpool youngster scored an impressive free-kick
18-year-old defender Trent Alexander-Arnold scored a terrific free-kick to give Liverpool a lead over German side Hoffenheim in their Champions League qualifier.
The Reds went onto win the first leg 2-1, with Hoffenheim missing an early penalty.

Teenager Alexander-Arnold was playing again in for the injured Nathaniel Clyne, and the fact he was even trusted to take the free-kick by his illustrious teammates spoke volumes.
Alexander-Arnold repaid their faith by drilling the ball into the bottom corner.
Former England international Gary Lineker was impressed, hailing the strike as ‘spectacular’.
Nathaniel Clyne is going to have a difficult time getting back into the team at this rate, although Alexander-Arnold has room for improvement defensively, he is really marking himself out as a top talent for the future.
The result puts Liverpool within touching distance of the Champions League group stage, and Alexander-Arnold already is showing he would not look out of place at that level.
