Everton beat Leicester City 2-1 in Premier League action last night.

Gary Lineker has joked that he wishes Theo Walcott had stayed at Arsenal, after his match-winning display for Everton against Leicester City last night.
Walcott scored twice, as Everton beat Leicester 2-1, and the summer signing put in a highly eye-catching display.
And Lineker admitted that he would rather Walcott was still at Arsenal, rather than tearing apart the side he supports.
Walcott’s brace for Everton put them two goals to the good int he first-half, and although Leicester did pull one back through Jamie Vardy, it was not enough.
The Toffees held on for a victory, as Sam Allardyce’s side finally got back to winning ways again.

Walcott has now claimed an assist and two goals in his first two Everton appearances, with the new signing’s form proving to be exciting.
Everton’s victory over Leicester has lifted them into ninth place in the Premier League table.
The Toffees are next in action against Walcott’s former side, Arsenal, at the weekend.
