Gary Linker has offered his assessment of Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp to BBC Sport after the duo met for an interview.
Klopp arrived in England last October when the Reds moved to make him their manager following the sacking of Brendan Rodgers.
He has been a huge hit at Anfield since day one, leading them to the Capital One cup final and the Europa League final in his first season in charge.

Off the pitch he has also been very popular, with his press conferences and post match interviews always providing entertaining viewing.
And now Lineker has offered his personal assessment after meeting the Liverpool boss for an interview.
“Most top-level managers are pretty guarded but Jurgen was not just hugely charismatic when I spoke to him, he was also pretty honest and frank,” he told BBC Sport.
“You can tell he is the kind of guy who gets the best out of people. He is a very funny man, with a great sense of humour, and clearly very intelligent as well.”

It will make for fascinating viewing to see how Klopp fares in his first full season in charge of Liverpool this year.
He has been allowed to overhaul the squad this summer, making a raft of signings to better suit how he wants his team to play.
Because of that the pressure is very much on for them to achieve something and it will be interesting to see if they can live up to the hype.
